Judging
The Schipperke Club is the only breed club in the UK and its objective is to promote the general interests of the Schipperke by encouraging breeding to the Kennel Club Breed Standard, additionally the club promotes the breed by offering training events, social events and runs two shows (one Open and one Championship) a year;
The club holds one or two judging seminars throughout the year. Two types of seminars are offered by the Schipperke Club;
- Stage One - general breed seminar where candidates can learn about the breed standard and gain hands on experience with a number of Schipperkes. A certificate of attending is needed to go on to the next stage.
- Stage Two - The Advanced Judging Assessment, this is needed to be allowed to award Challence Certificates.

This is a Stage One Seminar
This is for potential judges of the breed and covers the Breed Standard in detail and allows hands on experience with a number of dogs.
